Airspace IQ brings flight paths, operational scenarios and local context into one interactive 3D workspace. Teams can compare current and proposed routes, explore their impact from ground level, and build clear visual presentations for stakeholders and communities.

Developed as a Crockwell Solutions product, it combines aviation expertise with cloud software engineering to make complex airspace change easier to understand and communicate.

Crockwell Solutions provided end-to-end architecture and development support for Sojo's automation platform. The work included a move to a scalable NoSQL database, third-party API integrations, an event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployments.

We also developed cost optimisation strategies to support the platform's ongoing growth.

Crockwell Solutions worked with AerLabs to develop and maintain their core AWS based platform. This work ensures that AerLabs can deliver a scalable, resilient and cost effective solution to their customers. This work included migration of the platform to a scalable architecture on AWS, utilising Fargate for container orchestration, API Gateway for secure and scalable API management,

Crockwell Solutions developed a serverless Proof of Concept (PoC) for Moonrock Drone Insurance to demonstrate the capabilities of AWS serverless technologies in sentiment analysis and data processing. The PoC utilised Amazon Comprehend for sentiment of past drone incident reports, making findings available through API Gateway.

Over the course of a six-month project, Crockwell Solutions delivered enhancements to the Osprey Flight Solutions core product offering. Through use of serverless technology, we were able to onboard multiple new real-time aviation data sources. The data was processed, translated and then matched to existing data records. Complex business logic was introduced to ensure unique flight records, along with flight plans being geospatially processed and visualised.

Crockwell Solutions developed a bespoke weather forecasting algorithm tailored for hyperlocal predictions. Haton? is a community weather app and makes extensive use of crowdsourced weather data directly from users. Users of Haton? enter into the app how the weather conditions feel where they are right now and this data is interpreted and processed by Haton? to support forecasting of weather for other users of the app.

Crockwell Solutions worked with an existing partner, AerLabs to deliver a new data processing and web application to Eurocontrol. Crockwell Solutions had responsibility for ensuring the real-time radar data processing was delivered, resilient and monitored. Advanced data processing solutions were required in order to process the volume of real-time data from the radar.
